Good Quiet sleeping Place in the city center close to everything Liked: The staff is super nice and accomodated us great. The kitchen has everything we need and other guests are following the house rules nicely. The room was quiet and beds are confortable, and it was so easy to sleep well at night. (I can't believe in san francisco city center there could be such a quiet place!) I would like to thank the staff who accomodated us well and hope to see you again in the future. Disliked: the toilet always run of of toilet paper.

Disliked: * Blood stains and hair on the mattress's * Cockroaches in the kitchen * No outlets in the room * Dirty and smelled terrible * The owner was yelling at guests * My deposit was not returned. It was paid in cash with no receipt. * You can be kicked out if the owner doesn’t like something *Terrible location **The owner said he had my ID for no clear reason, which felt intimidating.

Very poor Disliked: Staff wasn’t friendly, very bad location and unsafe, very small room and no space to move and privacy. I didn’t recommend it.
